be our true and lawful attorney as Manpower Supplier,
for the purpose of handling all affairs concerning
the recruitment of Indian Worker to be employed at

into contracts as required by concerned laws and regulations,
arranging the passport and visa endorsement with concerned
Embassies in India and concerned countries, arranging
passage to the work sites and delegating this Power
of Attorney to another person, to deal with office
of the Protector of Emigrants/Protector General of
Emigrants, Ministry of Labour, New Delhi, concerned
airlines for the purpose of making travel arrangements
and all concerned government and private organization
in connection with the said office.
They are authorized to advertise on our behalf in
news papers and other suitable media for inviting
applications, pre-screen them, short list them for
the purpose of final selection by our visiting representative/s.
We request all the concerned government and private
office to assist the said agency in the purpose of
recruitment.
This P.O.A. Is limited to the requirement of the
enclosed Demand Letter and expires on the completing
of the recruitment for the project called______________(name
of the project / site)
